課程概述 |
1.Metallic Materials
Fracture of Metals, Toughness and Impact Testing, Fatigue of Metals,
Corrosion of Materials.
2.Ceramics Materials
Ceramics and Glasses, Structure of Ceramics, The Statistics of Brittle
fracture, Production, Forming and Joining of Ceramics, Electronic Ceramics.
3.Electrical and Magnetic Materials
Electrical Properties of Materials, Electronic Materials, Dielectric and
Optical Materials, Soft Magnetic Materials, Hard Magnetic Materials,
Superconducting Materials.
4.Polymers and Composites
Structure of Polymers, Mechanical Behavior of Polymers, Production, Forming
and Joining of Polymers, Composites.
5.Others
Corrosion of Materials, ect.

課程目標 |
本課程為機械系必修課"工程材料"之延伸，為使機械系同學對工程材料能有一全面之認識。本課程介紹各種材料，包括金屬材料、陶瓷材料、電子材料、磁性材料、高分子材料及複合材料等。本課程為機械系之基礎專業課程，其本質為認識各種工業材料之種類、規格及選擇等，以為工程之應用。 |
